Yesterday, oh yesterday, was another life away.
All that I have left to say is: “Yesterday was just another day”.
Just as I crossed the bridge from where I started It occurred to me,
That I had no clear picture of the way the eggs I’d hatched should be.
This feeling’s null and void. Is it the same, should I have tried to work out a solution in advance?
This beat is overpowering, someone take the hammer from my hands.
Don’t want to get too used to this, I need some noise I understand.
Is everything to blame for everyone who feels the same or should I write it off as chance?
Yesterday, oh yesterday, seems another life away.
An easy place for us to stay, yesterday, yesterday.
Yesterday, oh yesterday, the perfect place to waste away.
Running backwards - mind astray, yesterday, yesterday.
The sea-front armoury that keeps a watch for other things than this.
Why am I such a guilty happy head? There’s something here amiss.
It’s all the same, a feeling in a broken spinning wheel ...
I won’t go on, you get my point.
Yesterday, oh yesterday, seems another life away.
An easy place for us to stay, yesterday - yesterday.
Yesterday, oh yesterday, the perfect place to waste away.
Running backwards - mind astray, yesterday - yesterday.
There’ll be no crying when the final curtain falls.
There’ll be no resistance, just line you up against the wall.

A friend told me to check out this band since I liked The Deep Freeze Mice but he didn't know they'd come out with a new album or that I'd love it so much. I've listened a million times but still don't know who Velma knew was 'the guilty one' or what exactly happens in 'Hounds....' but I love the ride. My fav. track is "The Danger Of Bat Faeces." gregblob

Welcome back!
It's a very very fine E.P. indeed. Looking forward to the album. (your old drummer is still available for any overdubs, harmonies or invisible ocarina of you're missing some final ingredient..) X Robyn Gibson
